This app is completely useless, I cant track my friends, even though theyve already finished. Anyone giving a good review must have done so before the event.

Finally glad to have this app .. Now I can track the runners .. Better than SMS Thing.. I just read someone is having trouble in adding runner to their favorites list. Well its quite simple - search runner from "Participant Tracker" tap any runner and tap "Done".. Tada .. Btw love the UI

Totally a waste of time since it didnt actually work to track. Boooo.

Slightly confusing how to add runners to your favorites list. If you have access to a computer I would guess that would be more helpful, but on race day this worked great. It gave times each 5k for my "favorite" runners. Its not everything you could ever want or in the most logical layout but it absolutely met my expectations.

Absolutely love the app and love Boston

Lots of features. Ill have to wait til race day to give a better review.

Doesnt recognize my bib number when I try to log in as a participant even though it recognizes my bib number if I try to track myself or simply look myself up. :((

Had high hopes. App has map with no tracking. App get stuck in google maps. Have to restart phone to get back to app. the app does not load. Sad to not track loved ones.

The app does not give you the status of a runner when you put their name or bib number in. I had to login and say I was that person to find out what their status was in the marathon. A very poor app. Im glad that I didnt pay for it.

I downloaded this app today and put the information in on my friend running the race today. It found the person without a hitch, but when I tried to track her stats, nothing is coming up. On the BAA.org website the stats are posted. Too bad, this app had potential.

After entering favorites I leave the app and come back and they are gone. I wish I could use it for tracking runners. Spoke to others that are having the same issue.

Map function isnt working.

App is crashing when loading a map.

The notifications never worked, I checked several times to make sure I had them turned on correctly in my settings. The app never once updated the leader boards either. Better to just use the Boston athletic association web page for updates. Worthless app.

This is probably the best marathon app Ive used. It worked as advertised even with 30,000 runners. It even located runners you followed on the course map. Along with the usual splits. It did crash occasionally but recovered quickly-- probably overuse.

The app did not update hero and leader splits automatically and needed to be force quit and restarted every time to receive latest information.
